Good Company Burgers is a burger spot inside AREA15 built around a simple idea: the classic American cheeseburger, exactly as it should be, served in a place that feels good to be in. We’re serious about the food and loose about everything else. Come with friends, bring the family, stop in before a show, or pull up on your own. The burger may bring you in, but the people, the music, the art, and the energy are what make it Good Company.
ABOUT
Our menu is small on purpose because every detail matters. It starts with the GCB: Wagyu sourced from ranches we know and trust, New School American cheese, organic yellow onions griddled in Wagyu tallow, small-batch dill pickles, and GCB sauce on a soft potato-brioche bun. Add Belgian-style tallow fries, a malted shake, a cold beer, or local root beer on tap. Nothing is here just to fill space. It’s the classic burger experience, dialed all the way in.

We believe the classics deserve care. Great ingredients matter. Hospitality should feel human. Art belongs in everyday places. Local culture should be supported, not borrowed. And a burger place can be more than somewhere you stop to eat—it can become part of the city around it. Everything we make starts there.

We’re building an ongoing series of quality, limited-edition drops—some created with artists, designers, musicians, and other creatives, and some dreamed up entirely by Good Company Burgers. Each drop can take on a different idea, mood, or moment, giving us room to make something unexpected and give you something new to discover.
